- Competitive Salary - Good for networking with cross functional teams - Creating technology that is making people's lives better

Cons

- Not enough resource, and poor management practices leading to multiple staff experiencing burnout and stress. - A toxic work culture, expect that not everyone will be treated the same and experience some narcism and bullying from some middle management roles. - Resilience to change, continuing to opporate on old systems that do not work for the business requirements. - Company is not flexible with working from home arrangements.
