      Good environment facilities and building , friendly atmosphere with easy access to building in car or by train , clean call centre and not too jam packed with ppl and desks

      Cons

      Awfully recruiting progress , constantly messed about with no correspondence from managers and HR, had to chase up application not organised

      Great people, excellent benefits package and really fair employee policies. Recognised union career development. Had some amazing managers.

      Cons

      Challenges of a big corporate, slow tied down in red tape occasionally, had some really awful managers but nothing you can do about it.
