      AXA has a very open door policy and management are always approachable and ameniable. Respect is given across the organisation and is condusise to a pleasant working environment. Work life balanace is excellant and thee is plenty of company sponsored socialising available with colleagues if you want it. Training and develpmentis taken seriously and people are encouraged to ehance their careers.
