Pros

Hard to think of any

Cons

Understand that you will not make money unless you sell insurance or annuities, or convince somebody to invest significant sums of money with you. You will have a manager that either never interacts with you, or constantly harasses you to cold call and/or convince family and friends to buy insurance/annuities/invest with you. The most successful people are nearly always the most immoral.
