Pros

No pros unfortunately I’m still shocked on how people are treated and the expectations

Cons

The pay is so bad and the micromanage is absolutely ridiculous after leaving. I’ve noticed they took forever to give me my payslip to see why my payment was very low when I reach to HR. They asked me to contact payroll till now payroll has not responded to why my payment was very low this month. They’re so unprofessional and sometimes you have site managers who do not know anything but expect you to know everything and yet will micromanage and make your life a live in hell

Pros

Recently came from another insurance company, and my experience so far compare with the previous place has been like night and day (day being AXA :) ) - Great social aspect to the job - you can see the care and attention that everyone in the department has for their jobs. - work flexibility. I’m mainly WFH and I come in once a week mainly to personally interact with colleagues but not required. Great flexitime benefits. - caring and understanding direct management team.

Cons

Honestly, I have not experienced any downsides, perhaps the salary is not as extravagant/high as other places, but it’s counter balanced by other benefits like flexi leave and a great work life balance.
