Pros

I have been really impressed by the way AXA has put its people first throughout the crisis. We went to full remote-work in a matter of days and the company provided us with the means to work effectively - also taking into account and respecting the difficulties of managing family and other competing demands. How a company reacts in crisis mode is a good reflection of its values and I personally feel that this has shown the best of AXA.

Cons

I hope that we are able to maintain some of the gains (greater flexibility, Open discussion about balancing family and work) as we return to the workplace. I hope that managers continue to give the same trust that they have during the crisis.
