Pros

AXA is a great company, very international, where you can meet many different nationalities and hear very different languages. Also, they pay huge attention to talents, no matter what level, which can be challenging in such a big company. There are many career opportunities and options for mobility. Also, there are many employee benefits, such are strong health insurance, CE (syndicat), organized travels, accessible shares, nore accessible insurance of different kind.

Cons

AXA is a huge company, thus very complex and can be challenging in terms of politics, approvals processes as every other big company.
