      Had learnt a lot there. Good team management, helping attitude team members, TL and AM.

      Everything was good there. Enjoyed the work. Learnt a lots from the team members.

      Pros

      Face to face with Advisers and management. A good "fly on the wall" insight into a large financial advising office. Nationally based company.

      Cons

      Not much advancement if becoming a financial adviser is not what you want to do. High turn over rate among new recruits who don't perform.
