Pros

By far one of the most relaxed work environments you will find. Dress code is pretty casual, managers are easy to work with and there are ample benefits/paid vacation.

Cons

It's a sales job, so much of your compensation is commissions based. Some thrive under that pressure, some don't. Know yourself before you jump into that environment.

Pros

Unbelievable upward mobility! Work hard and you will be given many options for career advancement. Great compensation and overall good management team that vales employees. However, there is much room for improvement- see cons below. Overall great company to work for.

Cons

Upper level Management can rule by intimadation and fear rather than coaching. You tend to feel as if you may be fired any day for any reason even when hitting sales targets and objectives. While the compensation plan is great management leverages this mid 6 figure salary as a means to expect you to do more than one can accomplish.
