      Pros

      - some coworkers are really nice - great location of office in Berlin

      Cons

      The culture of the company is so t*xic that no amount of money would be enough to compensate for your mental health. The director of my department literally storms into the office yelling at everyone on a weekly basis. Additionally, my boss humiliates us in every opportunity he has. I get s*ck so often, my body can't take it anymore, it's terrible. Do yourself a favor and don't even apply there.

      Nothing makes sense in the company, you spend more time trying to understand how processes work than actually working. Pay is also Horrible

      Best experience working in this company so far in my career

      Pros

      Excellent interview process, dream tech-stack, nice people to work with. In addition to a good salary, huge vacation, health insurance.

      Cons

      sometimes you can feel kinda pressure, but management listen to you and it changes over time. Lack of trust to newcomers.
