      Management, No possibilities to grow within the company, No benefit packages, Account managers are not aloud to work from home. (Bucharest, Romania)

      If you come from a poor country as where any minimum salary In Berlin would be an increase for you then that would be the only way you could survive here.. but then take in mind that living cost would probably eat you alive with the salary provided by Auto1 with little to no chance to get a raise even though youll be very tenured

      Cons

      Very poor managment. poor communication. I really am very dissapointed with the company and since i've started not even one team event was provided even after the covid restrictions were already long gone. no chance to get a raise, very very bad salary in general for the amount of work output and on top of it all the demands from the management are outragious.
