Please be careful and think twice before taking an offer from this company. They have a really bad atmosphere and no corporate culture; Most of the leads and heads of departments don't have any leading experience and they treat you really bed; Work extra hours is a must and out of question; Your work is not appreciated at all; They fire people a lot even one week before the end of the probation period without any good reason; There is no personal and professional growth inside the company; Company change its goals and expectations 3 times per day;

*Very poor onboarding, I personally received no training. Nothing was organised to even explain me what my responsibilities are. I was just given a laptop and that's it. *Rude management with poor communication. *Every time I asked a question I got the feeling that I was really nothing more than an annoyance, which is strange because I was doing a relatively technical job and I just wanted to learn. *There were a couple of meetings where people ignored my presence and just spoke German, despite the fact that I am a non-German speaker. *I left after only after a few months in the company and no exit interview was organized. Apparently they were not very interested in knowing what went wrong.. *This company has a very high turnover of employees (I'm not surprised) All in all, seems to me that the management in this company only cares about making $$. To them, you are nothing more than that. Fair enough I guess, but I refuse to work for people like that. If I put in the effort to work for you, you should also respect me a minimum. Arrivederci!
