The teams are quite friendly

Cons

They do not offer good compensation and offer no opportunities for employees to get promoted. They would rather fire employees and rehire cheap workers than give decent wages and help employees learn new skills.

Some collegues, good salary in start.

Cons

All except pros. You have to lie often, cars are too expensive ( salvage yard quality). There is nobody ready to take any responsibilty. You have to follow stupid rules, listen to people not from car industry... Amazing job.
