      Pros

      Location is nice, and if you're lucky, you might have a few nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Terrible management with zero people or managerial skills. They do not care at all about retaining quality staff or developing them. Everyone is replaceable. A very unhealthy rate of employee turnover - which makes sense as not everyone wants to work in a toxic environment.

      Management doesn't value employees

      New technologies, a lot of different projects

      Cons

      company management, when pandemic started they stated accept the salary decrease or I will fire your team mate, they don't care about employess in non-pandemic times, they don't try to keep talents unless you're very close with higher management.
