Some of the colleagues are smart and helpful, very few though

Cons

Lots of idiots around who are hungry for power and control, serious hygiene issues at the offices, very bad IT support, basically pretty much everything is a con. Also the salary is crap.

Data is fragmented and spread out across different tools, unappreciated and underpaid, supposedly flexible, but in practice it’s the opposite, micromanagement and overreaction to minor things.
