      Just don't do it to yourself

      Pros

      Pretty liberal with HO, time off for personal reasons. Tech leaders and developers are pretty solid.

      Cons

      Toxic management style, people are afraid of weekly meetings with C level. Product management as is, doesn't exist, there's no strategy, no vision, no direction, no product culture. You won't be doing product manager job, not even product owner job, you will be writing down ideas of higher ups and trying to make sense out of them.

      Unrealistic Targets in an Overly Competitive Market

      Pros

      The salary is competitive and always paid on time. The company respects local labour laws, and their administrative processes are punctual and well-organised. In addition, the Pristina office allows two days of remote work, which is genuinely helpful given the traffic issues in the capital city.

      Cons

      The car-sales targets are extremely high and unrealistic. The market is saturated and highly competitive, and Auto1’s car prices are often higher than other procurement options available to dealerships, making sales very difficult. On top of that, the job requires making a very high number of calls just to reach a minimum number of people who actually answer the phone.
