Pros

colleagues from all over the world and fruits

Cons

The management treats employees like dirt. The data science team is a mess lacking knowledge and is borderline incompetent. Apart from that, some upper management guys are just plain rude and loud and treat people as replaceable mercenaries undeserving of any courtesy or respect. If such tantrums were for simply "getting the work done", then perhaps one could overlook them. However, they are usually not work related, and are instead reflective of giant, unfettered egos, throwing their weight about. They like maintaining a culture of fear, which makes it a highly unpleasant environment for any professional. To top it all off, the compensation package is also unsatisfactory. Pros

Agile environment, nice colleagues (Marketing)

Cons

Unfortunately, in Marketing/Tech, there has always been a big turn-over. I didn't understand why app. 2 colleagues/week were leaving, but let go. Why? In Auto1, you're supposed to learn A LOT under stressful situations. Firstly, after a few months you will literally beg to learn more, as managers will never make time for you, workshops have been planned since forever but never initiated. I hated the hierarchy, hence lack of communication and low transparency. My team was frustrated by sudden tasks that needed more time to develop, but had a deadline by the end of the day. Which would have been possible if we wasn't dependent on IT. So working 10h/day twice a week for no money remuneration, nor a word of gratitude is part of the culture, too. Secondly, stress comes from uncertainties of how a person can develop in the future. Because staying overtime will become normality. The management, instead of appreciating and supporting your personal growth, they keep on saying how good you are and give you more tasks. There is no clear job progress description. To conclude, this affects the people. It's not a place, people like coming to. There's no benefit except for fruits, that would make it happen. People see their friends leaving, newcomers aren't treated warmly.
