1. Coffee, water, tea, fruit 2. Flexible beginning of the working day from 9 to 10

1. No promotions, no career prospects, ridiculous salary. 2. There is always a pressure towards developers to finish the tasks before the designated deadlines. 3. Relations with colleagues - depends on the team. 4. Legacy code, which is difficult to maintain. 5. Too much rotations, employees flee the company. They are hiring like crazy, because employees resign like crazy.
