big office many restaurants nearby nice colleagues

Cons

The management is hired because they are either friends or relatives of other upper management. This setting disincentivizes motivated people as their jobs will not be appreciated. The management are inexperienced and wont care how you perform the jobs, no chance of further learing. In the end, talented people leave, and the rest who have no other choices or for some reasons stay.

Pros

Decent PTO, front office was friendly and so was the IT dept. It was fun meeting new people everyday who would bring their cars in for appraisal. Not much else can be said about this place.

Cons

Unprofessional, Unorthodox, demeaning, and they work you to the bone. There was never a proper training. The turnover rate is too damn high! They love to lay off and fire. Would not get paid overtime.

Unpaid overtime too often requested to fill in shortcomings in planning and management Imposition of unrealistic milestones and deadlines end up delaying releases Lack of vision, branding, or a cohesive product idea Many disengaged colleagues
