Terrible Environment, Disconnected Management, Nothing like a Startup

Cool colleagues, good customers with lots of patience.

Cons

Bad communication, bad management, lack of focus, corporate structure but still a Startup, personal agendas and politics can kill you, constant change of teammates and priorities, underground offices, terrible work environment
