      Pros

      - ownership of projects - learn a lot, they let you work and they don´t micromanage - they were really supportive and gave great recommendations when I left

      Cons

      - onboarding, nothing special - no extra benefits, only beers at 5 pm on Fridays - business culture, for such a big company they should do - they make you work late hours without any compensation for it
