Hiring process, Flexible schedules, good training, some travel, gas reimbursement, good management, in depth training and you are given a phone and laptop.

Cons

unrealistic expectations, work usually begins 8, must be good with rejections, must be able to take criticism, and will be expected sales goals once you are a outside sales rep.
