I am able to sell various solutions to most any vertical markets. We have locations worldwide as well.

Cons

Since I can make as much as I want, I work 12 hours a day

Great work/life balance, interesting product line outside of reprographics, great support on ideas on creative selling

Cons

Comp is on the low side, corporate needs to decide direction and stick with it, stop micromanaging your sales people - we're adults and don't need to be babysat

As long as you perform they are here to back you. Do your job and it will work out. They will not bother you

Cons

Lack of incentives, lack of increases. See C level folks getting raises via the stock market but not regular employees. Have not had a raise in over 7 years
