1. Uses modern technologies 2. Pay packet is at per the industry standard

Cons

1. Top Management runs on the spike and takes the whimsical decision 2. VP level has no clear future vision -- most of the VPs are inefficient and incapable 3. Management believes in LAYOFF strongly instead of making the employees to resources 4. Resource Training is always neglected because management thinks its the wastage of money 5. Pathetic infrastructure - during monsoon employees runs after desk to desk to find a dry place -- hard to believe, but it is true

I am proud to say that I have worked for ARC for the past 10 years. ARC is always on top of what is happening in the World, Nation and in local Communities. When the Covid-19 Pandemic first was announced ARC jump and made sigs for everybody to buy with all the protocols that were mandated.

- Hard-working people and impactful technology on the Facilities side

Cons

- Fear-based culture where employees are conditioned as robots - CEO lacks SaaS experience and is flying blind (When I was hired I was told during the interview process that so much money was spent making inexcusable mistakes, and finally the CEO hired consultants who have been there, in an effort to save the Facilities side of the business) - Executives lack trust and manage with an iron fist (hence, the fear-based culture) - Culture is non-existent. A lot of remote workers, and those who work from an office actually have spies checking in on them. Yes, it's that ridiculous.... -
