Pros

During my employment there have been many changes in our industry. ARC has always been at the forefront of adopting new technology and making changes to stay viable in an ever-changing marketplace. Whether it has required adopting new practices, developing software for process efficiency or changing the focus of our team, ARC has always been forward thinking and quick to make necessary changes.

Cons

The only cons I can think of have to do with the ever-changing industry we work in, not with ARC itself. As I stated in my Pros I feel that ARC has done a good job of changing with the environment. ARC makes tough decisions all the time, which I don;t always agree with, but at the end of the day, I appreciate that they aren't fearful to make those decisions. If you are fearful of change ARC may not be the best place for you. If change and sharing your ides are what motivate you, ARC is the place for you.

Well-established company with a good reputation. They hire great people.

Cons

Too many products/ services to sell. No local sales management or support. You're basically on your own. Compensation mediocre and commissions are hard to make.

1. Worst management 2. Employees takes bottle of oils before entering into office. 3. Thirst graded CTO with big big talk 4. You never know when you will get fired 5. Entire upper management is safe in this covid layoff, and they are picking people from grass root level, what kind of cost saving is going on only CTO might answer 6. CTO has not clear idea what product he wants and each day his job is motivate people either by mocking or by giving big talks 7. You will be ordered to give good reviews on glassdoar 8. I dont want to type anymore already wasted my precious time while reviewing this Worst Company
