Salary is credited on time is the only positive point. Can work independently without any supervision

All point are negative - here are important ones: 1. Management treats employees like SLAVE - no respect shown to the employees - everybody feels INSECURE in this company - WORST Working Culture 2. Management wants Senior VPs to write code and test - this is how the management drives the company - whimsical decision making is a regular practice 3. Socially Irresponsible company - terminates employees in every month - layoff started from the very beginning of the COVID19 pandemic 4. CTO and VPs are totally incapable - they get job threats every day and convey the threat to reporters. 5. Worst office infrastructure - IT culture is totally missing fro the office floor

1. Top Management runs on the spike and takes the whimsical decision 2. VP level has no clear future vision -- most of the VPs are inefficient and incapable 3. Management believes in LAYOFF strongly instead of making the employees to resources 4. Resource Training is always neglected because management thinks its the wastage of money 5. Pathetic infrastructure - during monsoon employees runs after desk to desk to find a dry place -- hard to believe, but it is true
