There is no pros to work with this company.
Cons
1. Job Insecurity : you can lose your job any time without prior notice for the shake of company losses. while they themself ask for 3 month notice period if you want to leave the company. 4. No increament policy : at the time of joining they will give you their words about yearly increament but when time has come no one there to assist you and if you ask for increament they can fire you on the spot. 2. No paid leave policy : They don't give pay for paid leave. 3. Politics in managment : if your are outsider you cann't survive your job.
