ability to work independently;much improved support for sales team and operations;great rewards for top performers including great spiffs/commissions for sales and operations;technical team that never stops creating new and improving ARC's AEC cloud solutions;overall a great experience if you are willing to do the work!

Cons

Large spread out company makes it difficult sometimes to communicate with other regions and also produce the same quality;prices are high so competing is difficult;some operation teams are understaffed/under trained making a sales persons life a little difficult post sale
