This company is innovating, changing, adapting. It was staring the "Blockbuster story" in the face, but refused to quit and become irrelevant. Instead, it's reinvented itself, it's products and services, it's team. There's absolutely nothing easy about that. But to live another day, sometimes you must make tough choices and ARC has positioned itself brilliantly for a long run.

Cons

The core team (I'm talking about in the branches, divisions, regions) who stuck it out through the tough recession years, should be recognized with a raise across the board. Everyone deserves some additional dollars after everything they've been through.

Good products in the technology sphere.

A sweat shop is how I would describe this work place. People are treated shabbily. There is no set process in place. The management is of the opinion that they are doing the employees a favor by paying salaries. The HR exists only for namesake.
