great co-workers, challenging job requirments

Communications are very flawed down from the human resources level (benefits NOT fully explained along with mistakes on the payroll level have been problematic) to the corporate level (lack of communication between teams with not understanding and USING the technology that successful organizations have been using - Salesforce). New employees are not treated to a proper working computer, new employees are not given a proper orientation of the company. A dress code is enforced where employees have to wear a tie during the week is archaic at best along with a strict 8am to 5pm schedule is enforced

Our Executive team in Costa Mesa is great. Lisa Mawson did an excellent job of having town hall meetings to keep us all informed about the direction of ARC. It helps us to know where we are going. Communication like this is the key to success. Thank you

Cons

Corporate doesn't communicate enough directly with the lower levels of employees. It would be nice to have a newsletter or something from them. Not all of us have arc email addresses so there would need to be a way to communicate those messages.
