The management was a joke and could not figure out how to get more sales. They kept loosing contracts to 2 local print shops

Work from home and from office. Flexibility to plan schedule. No other sales personnel in office, allowed freedom to tailor sales presentations.

Cons

Quick turn-over. Sales staff not fully trained to equip them with needed skills to best represent employer and thus reduce turn-over.
