Traditional marketplace is becoming obsolete. Transitioning to a more stable market product has been difficult but is appears to be slowly working. Management has made many changes to adjust. Positions and salary is static. No cost of living increases and hard to transition in the company. Management team does not change and company is not expanding.

Take a look at the long list of dearly departed employees, their qualifications, previous experience, contributions made and discarded, and then look at their demise and you will see there is a common theme. Whether it be by way of "resignation" (termination) or realization that any company like this, in alleged "transformation" mode that is led by a team blindly following a CEO who lacks experience in anything other than an old school dictatorship model is destined to be mediocre at best. Experienced Finance and Sales Leadership=GONE! Energetic, optimistic and highly skilled millennials=GONE! Seriously, a MAJOR change in everyone with a title at Corporate is needed. Being promoted because you nod your head well is not a good reason to have a big title. The numerous VPS at ARC wouldn't survive as middle managers at any normal company.
