The people comprising ARC are talented and innovative- bringing new ideas and clients to an industry adverse to change. This is why ARC is the industry leader. Management is intentionally transparent, which is a big plus for such a large company.

Cons

Be prepared for a lot of self training and asking questions of your colleagues. Most positions lack much formal training. One may have to carve out a space for themselves.
