Lots of flexibility. Management interacts well with employees. Opportunity for growth and because it's a large company you can transfer to any location throughout the U.S. The employees are very friendly!

I have worked at ARC for 14 years and the company has helped me grow from a general production operator to a production manager. They have helped provide growth an advancement through my hard work and dedication to ARC. ARC has a very friendly and supportive team of co-workers that make it pleasant to come to work everyday.

Cons

ARC can be a very fast-paced work environment with the need to work longer hours under tight deadlines.
