Pros

Very good pay for cashiers and hourly workers. Benefits are great and also provided to part-time workers.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement in most areas. District Managers are hired from outside the company with little to no experience as opposed to being promoted from within the stores. No bonuses for Assistant Managers, only for GM and DM.

Pros

Self growth. Helps improve people skillls as you work with all types of life. Multitasking position.

Cons

Appreciation is lacking for self motivation at times. Key areas will suffer(ie) employee training/customer service, if they want you to focus on the productivness of the store.

Pros

Great Pay and benefits, never bored, always know what is expected of you.

Cons

Very stressful. always seem understaffed and management not doing enough to fix the problem. They just ask you to work harder. Also they don't give a lot of appreciation or positive feedback. It is always about what more you can do. They pay well, but you definitely earn it.
