Very bad management and HR. They try to cut corners by unnecessarily pressuring employees. They advertise some benefits during the hiring process but try to avoid giving them while working. They hire you for a specific job but then suddenly assign you to unrelated tasks and then give bad performance reviews. Witnessed them hiring some people from different countries and suddenly cancel their contracts just after a few weeks later they start to work.

Moderate salary and minimal annual raise
