Co-workers were fantastic. They made the job! Location was close to home.

Cons

Many reorganizations. No clear job responsibilities or decision making responsibilities after reorganizations. Extremely stressful due to unrealistic deadlines and loss of many experienced staff.

The people are excellent to work for and very hard working. The environment is fast paced and vibrant. The pay is higher than most companies.

Cons

Too much change at once causes inefficiencies and can't realize the benefits of objectives. Lot of consolidation, which will be loss of jobs.
