      Pros

      My teammates have been great, and some of the folks from the IT department are excellent to work with.

      Cons

      There is no career path, and you are expected to figure things out on your own when you join the team. The company has been undergoing a constant reorg for the past couple of years, and I have had a new manager for every year I've been with the company.

      Great benefits, fair market value pay

      Cons

      They are so large that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, therefore they can create a division, hire thousands of people and then decide 2 years into it that they don't want to do it anymore and close it down with no remorse.

      Good pay and benefits, lots of paid time off and paid holidays, on site-cafeteria, soon to be in a new building

      Management shows extreme favoritism, no level of effort is enough to satisfy, management belittles and tears down rather than trying to improve employees
