Pros

The people are incredible. An extremely communal environment, where even your boss is one of your work friends. Great benefits (401k, PTO, travel)

Cons

Pay... lower than the industry average. Sometimes it feels like they are not treating you fairly with compensation in terms of dollars. The benefits are great but still money is money!

Pros

Average pay- lower than rest of the street but manageable

Cons

Middle management is uninterested and uninvolved in the development of junior staff. Promotion and raises are rare if they happen, and good work is likely to go unnoticed. Morale is terrible and turnover is the highest I have seen for financial services- under a year for most including myself.
