Pros

31 days of vacation would be a pro. The position isn’t actually difficult. If you wanted to keep your job and had to move you could potentially work remotely.

Cons

Huge disconnect in management. My manager won’t take my calls most of the time. Passive aggressive emails is how they mainly communicate.

Pros

401k match, small book of business and work from home! Work from home actually saves the company space and resources at your expense!

Cons

The client’s are not yours. They are Valic’s. The middle mangers and VPs are running this company to the ground with more and more comp going into their pockets away from the reps! You will drive around for service work and never get compensated. The client’s and your book can be grabbed away at any point! This is not a place to build a long term career!
