      Pros

      The people you work with make the working environment ejoyable. There are many challenges and opportunity for growth to mid-level management.

      Cons

      Advancement past mid-level management positions are few. Transferring to a different maybe a little difficult. If you want to advance and are interested in taking classes management can sometimes make this difficult and hard to accomplish, unless you do it on your own.

      Pros

      You can find good opportunity if you are hard working professional, who are willing to sacrifice family. Compensation is relatively good.

      Cons

      Not much communication among units. This is too complex place to understand. You can't get no straight forward data in here.

      Good place to learn the ropes of the business. Good place to start out and meet people in the industry.

      Cons

      Bottom line is that I could not recommend this job to any of my friends. It is not a motivating place to work.
