great company to start at but needs some work

Pros

-competitive starting salary,benefits -opportunity to work on highly visible projects -autonomy (no micromanaging here)

Cons

-bureaucracy -multiple levels of approval to get anything done which slows everybody down -very hard to get a raise unless you are in top management -top management sticks around for ages so good luck moving up

Pros

It's a nice company to work with. You get exposed to new things. People are nice.

Cons

The senior management lacks people skills and professionalism, most of them have completed high school, but surprisingly don't have a basic degree either. Be prepared to be relocated or in some serious cases be prepared to be laid off due to ridiculous company restructuring and cost cutting measures.
