SunAmerica/AIG SunAmerica/AIG Retirement Services is a great company; great people; great product/service and gave back to the community. The executive management were great.

Cons

The Financial Services Industry is hectic, fast paced, and at times, unforgiving. Mistakes can directly cost the company money, reputation damage, and quickly cost an employee their job.

Pros

Before last rebranding, the PH insurance business was run by a fella from S. Africa and it was a well managed one for employees. Work atmosphere was very cordial and everybody seemed to be friends with everybody. In other words, day-to-day with the company was a pleasant working experience that encouraged people to contribute than to slack off.

Cons

Regional management may have ruined the local business as directions were frequently changed and org structure became very unstable.
