Good for starters, but this isn't a software development company after all.

They pay well (this is the only reason that kept me so long).

Cons

The company's focus doesn't lie in development, but rather in buying other companies and taking over the market. Too many levels of management. With very bad communication between them. There's no recognition of (technical) talent.
