Cons
For a company that sells HR and benefits solutions, the employee benefits are oddly bad. The HDHP is basically the only affordable option. Internal culture is extremely competitive — sometimes to the point of being dysfunctional. Partners are tough to work with because quotas overlap, incentives conflict, and everyone is protecting their own pipeline instead of collaborating. It can feel like you’re battling your teammates more than the competition, in an already extremely competitive market.
