      It's their way or the blackball. Told repeatedly that my management style was exactly what the sales division needs. Developed a sales team, used my "cutting-edge" approach, took a slow start with average results before my team started to trust me, adapt my style, and success followed. 3 weeks later I was asked to resign for "refusing to be an ADP team player. You do NOT want to be a part of this clone factory!

      Pros

      Good work life balance if you are in the right department. Associates and colleagues truly are good people and try their best to accommodate client needs.

      Cons

      The company wants to focus on Human Resource Capital - yet it continues to downsize all departments laying off terrific and well talented "human resource capital". Not clear what direction the company is going. Top talent is leaving for other opportunities, not a good sign.
