      Pros

      Great salary and compensation structure, the BEST products on the market, one of 4 companies with a Triple A credit rating, 350 million spent on research and development every year so you will always be armed with the best tools to compete with.

      Cons

      Normal downsides of sales...you might have a manager that is a little scatter brained but, you get those anywhere.

      Pros

      I am so pleased to work for ADP. My career is advancing at a fast pace, I learn something new everyday and I really enjoy coming to work everyday. Life is good!

      Cons

      A possible con would be a very heavy workload, but that seems to be par for the course. Expectations were set during the interview process.

      Pros

      Good training program. You must enjoy an extremely fast paced environment and answering calls all day long. Supportive supervisors when needed. Supportive co-workers when needed.

      Cons

      Miscommunication between co-workers with client reps not properly recording notes in the system causing mishaps with customers. Extremely fast paced. No privacy whatsoever! Everybody wants to know your business! Some young supervisors to haughty for their own good and immature. Get ready to answer at least 100 calls or more per hour. Extremely boring.
