ADP is substantially a stable corporation. It is conservative and turn over is low.

Cons

The opportunity to advance is minimal. Most management has been with ADP for 20+ years and so any thought of gradual advances in 7-10 years is unthinkable.

Good benefits and good opportunities to advance within company, not always within department though.

Cons

Bad management being allowed to hang around without consequences. Managements inability to change with the times has been a real downside to working for ADP, but there is a lot of flexibility to move around within ADP..
