      Pros

      Great company to work for. One of only a few AAA rated companies, so you know you are working for not only an industry leader, but rather one of the best companies in America.

      Cons

      Way too repetitive. You take the same type of calls all day long. If you don't want to take 85 calls a day and ask the same 10 questions over and over again, this job isn't for you.

      Great research and marketing tools, sales admin support is wonderful, dvp manages by fear and mind games with the office support staff and sales team,

      Cons

      No long term opportunities, client service issues are not resolved in a timely manner, annual rate increases even in a depressed market, sales prevention team in the accounting department when you have closed business, three huge layoffs in the past for months, no real committment to alliance program anymore, if your a "yes employee" your rewarded,

      ADP bought a small start-up and wasn't able to forecast growth nor adequately ramp up staffing.

      Pros

      There aren't any good reasons. I watched them eliminate too many jobs that executive women held while they bypassed inadequate men, leaving them to unsatisfactory run the business.

      Cons

      ADP is a "good ole boy" network. they promote from within and most are male. They spend lots of time in meetings planning to overcome weaknesses but they can't execute.
