      Horrible compensation structure for an outside sales job...you have to wait until the end of the following month to receive commissions??? Isnt that pretty slow considering its a payroll company?

      Strong Sr. Leaders, deep bench strength among the Sales and Service Organization. Great place to develop.

      Change occurs quite frequently, sometimes at a quicker pace than the organization can absorb (benefit from).

      Pros

      Great place to cut your teeth in an aggressive quota driven sales environment. Training is terrific and depending what office you land in, some great people to work with on the front lines.

      Cons

      Little job security. No one cares what your percentage of quota is YTD because if you're a top performer, managers expect you to make up for the people slacking. It's constant pressure, almost impossible to get time off and a there is a lot of turnover. In 3 years I had 4 managers and saw 14 sales reps (distrcit managers) come and go. The only constant is managements messsage is inconsistent;
